Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager based in Gurgaon, your role will involve driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing relationships with new customers and securing contracts to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. - Driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. - Prospecting for potential customers through various direct and indirect methods. - Qualifying prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales. - Consulting with prospects about business challenges, requirements, and cost benefits. - Maintaining a high level of relevant domain knowledge for meaningful conversations. - Working with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements. - Developing and maintaining territory plans to meet sales targets consistently. - Keeping detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions. - Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction. - Providing forecasts on sales volumes and working with marketing for lead generation campaigns. - Offering feedback to sales and company management on enhancing sales processes and market trends. - Identifying sales support requirements and collaborating with marketing to improve sales tools. - Conducting all sales activities with utmost professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or related field. - Bachelors degree in engineering or allied domain with experience in software sales. - Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied solution sales is advantageous. - Good understanding of the local market. - Ability to develop new business opportunities. - Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently. - Willingness to travel up to 70%.
