Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients. Understand client business challenges and position our technology solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud, AI, enterprise software) accordingly. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support. Conduct regular business reviews and present performance reports to clients. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of technology sales cycles and solution-based selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
