Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Davangere for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, build relationships with clients, and meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, maintaining excellent customer service relationships, managing accounts effectively, conducting market research, and developing client-specific training initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the sales team and providing regular feedback to leadership on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and relationship management to build and maintain partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, developing sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience in training and mentoring clients or internal sales teams to improve outcomes and maintain high standards.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to assess market demands and track performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the biotechnology, sustainable solutions, or enzyme technology industries is a strong advantage.
