Job Description

We at Futoria Home Solution Pvt Ltd are a fast-growing organization in the [industry – e.g., building solutions, construction materials, FMCG, etc.], committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, build relationships, and drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to implement promotions, campaigns, and product launches in the territory.
  • Manage and motivate the local sales team (if applicable) to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites for product presentations, negotiations, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in [relevant industry], with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
