About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales of our advanced environmental and industrial test chambers to government customers. The role involves understanding client testing needs, offering tailored solutions from our portfolio—which includes temperature, humidity, thermal

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and engage with customers to understand requirements and pain points
• Collaborate with the project team to design tailored technical solutions
• Present cost-benefit analysis and ROI to customers; conduct product demos as needed
• Manage and interpret customer requirements; ensure solution alignment with application needs
• Negotiate and close orders, both technical and commercial aspects
• Handle government bidding, tendering, and techno-commercial communications
• Coordinate with customers to gather detailed technical specifications
• Ensure project execution within budget and accurately calculate all system components
• Maintain regular customer interactions and submit timely reports (weekly/monthly/visit)

Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/ Bachelor of Engineering
• 5 to 12 years of experience
