Aloft MedTech is on a mission to redefine diagnostics by bringing world-class healthcare technologies to India. As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Territory Manager to join our dynamic team.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based oit of Delhi NCR. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, managing customer inquiries, providing training to clients, and overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory. The role requires frequent communication with stakeholders, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide effective training and support to clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the medical technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Location: Delhi NCR

  • Experience: 1–4 years in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Devices Sales
  • Qualification: Graduate in Science / Biomedical Engineering (preferred)


What you’ll do:

  • Drive sales of innovative diagnostic technologies and maintain sales funnel for business reviews

.

  • Build strong relationships with gastroenterologists, distribution partners and healthcare providers
  • Lead customer engagement, product demos, and field activities
  • Travel extensively across your territory to achieve growth targets >50%


What we’re looking for:

  • Self-driven professional with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Prior gastroenterology experience (preferred)
  • A well-groomed personality with strong interpersonal skills
