Job Description

1. Sales Plan Achievement:
  • Achieving the sales plan of the territory weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience.
  • Attending to customers on product complaints
  • Taking feedback on customer requirements with respect to new products
2. Product Mix
  • Ensuring that the correct product mix is being displayed and promoted through all channels
3.Demand Generation through effective BTL (Below the Line)
  • Suggesting and implementing BTL promotions for maximizing brand awareness and visibility
4.Distribution plan & market share
  • Imparting on-the-job training to improve the product knowledge andselling skills of the channel sales team.
  • Nurturing of distributors/dealers.
  • Implementing company policies for planned market share
  • Ensuring day-to-day smooth running of channel operations, particularly on deliveries as per promise & other dealer-related issues.
