Job Description

As the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within your assigned geographical area. This role will require fieldwork, market intelligence, and coordination with distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Your key responsibilities will include exceeding sales targets in your territory, identifying and onboarding new dealers and distributors, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and developing strong relationships with key customers. You will also be executing promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and ensuring timely collections and managing client credit limits. Additionally, you may be required to train and guide field sales staff or distributor sales teams. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in Channel Sales & Distribution, and a background in industries such as Telecom, Finance, Mobile Finance, NBFC, Fintech, or Handset. Strong knowledge of retail sales, distributor networks, and revenue growth strategies is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently in a target-driven environment and be willing to travel extensively within your territory. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location will be in person.,
