Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Efficient Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls efficiently. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. Information Provision & Resolution: Provide accurate information and aim for first-call resolution. Documentation & Reporting: Record all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Issue Escalation: Refer complex issues promptly to the appropriate teams.
