Job Title: Sales Support Executive. Location: Mira Road Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Support Executive to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process. The role also involves overseeing the sales team’s activities through a CRM system to ensure consistent follow-up, reporting, and lead management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach strategies. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and client engagement. Monitor and track sales team activities using the company’s CRM system. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM reporting tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
