Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Back Office Executive to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing offers and orders, coordinating with suppliers, and identifying new business opportunities through customer interactions. This role is open to both male and female candidates. Essential Job Responsibilities: • Prepare sales offers and quotations based on customer requirements. • Process and manage sales orders accurately and on time. • Coordinate with suppliers for order follow-ups and timely delivery. • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities. • Maintain and update records of sales orders, customer interactions, and supplier communications. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation. • Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt responses and follow-ups Qualifications & Requirements: • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and regional language. • Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Prior experience in a sales support or back office role will be an added advantage.
