Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team with backend coordination, lead follow-ups, CRM management, and client communication. You’ll ensure a seamless flow from lead generation to enrollment while maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in managing and nurturing leads

Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp, calls, and email

Share course details, payment links, and relevant documents

Ensure attendance in live webinars and guide leads through enrollment

Keep CRM and Google Sheets updated with accurate lead status

Handle basic client queries and escalate complex ones when needed

Maintain smooth communication and timely follow-ups throughout the sales process

Be available during webinars (may include late evenings) for real-time coordination and support

Requirements

1+ year experience in sales coordination or customer support preferred

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

Good communication in Hindi and basic English

Comfortable discussing topics related to intimacy, relationships, and sexual wellness (e.g., masturbation)

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus

Professional attitude and eagerness to grow in the sales domain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
