Territory Sales oversee sales operations, promotes playground equipment to various institutions, and builds strong customer relationships. The role includes developing strategic sales plans, achieving targets, leading a sales team, and aligning with company goals. Responsibility: Identify and convert new clients through networking. Visit prospects and top clients regularly. (Create and visit new Prospect-school, Builders, Architects, Hotels & resorts.) Close deals with direct clients and clear outstanding payments. Monitor competition and adjust strategies. Achieve sales targets and give presentations. Handle complaints and follow up on orders. Preparing and submitting sales quotations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
