Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at USR POWER oils, your role involves developing customers, retail outlets, and appointing distributors. You will be responsible for creating brand awareness, communicating with target audiences, and building strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include: - Helping with marketing plans, advertising, and direct marketing campaigns - Supporting the marketing manager in various activities - Contributing to the development of long-term marketing plans and strategies - Generating new leads and carrying out market analysis - Maintaining awareness of competition and market fluctuations - Identifying opportunities to raise the profile of the business internally and externally - Facilitating the execution of trades and developing innovative solutions - Regularly updating the customer database Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (Preferred) - Proficiency in Hindi and local language (Preferred) - Driving License (Preferred) - Willingness to travel up to 75% (Preferred) In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as a full-time, permanent employee, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, day shift schedule, and performance bonuses. This position requires you to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ranchi, Jharkhand before starting work.
