Job Objectives

• The main purpose of the role is to follow and implement sales plan while maintaining and developing an existing customer base to achieve sales goals of organization in assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

1. To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base in defined territory.
2. To achieve month on month sales and collection target
3. To visit Trade partners, Retail chain stores, large format stores and Service partner format stores
4. Adhered and strictly follow SOG-Sales Operating Guidelines and Pricing Policy.
5. Account reconciliation with distributors, dealers, and ASP Financial year as well as Business year.
6. To work with existing distributor of Symphony and increase the sales and distribution network.
7. To search for new as per category wise dealer enrolment and town coverage target
8. To ensure secondary sales from distributor to dealers
9. Timely enrolment of dealers / ASPs in the branch
10. To implement sales and marketing promotional activities
11. To travel as per approved PJP To prepare MIS for management review.
12. To conduct continuous market research and gather information on competition.
13. Adhere to Super-sales application for daily reporting review.
14. Manage RSO, ISDs and distributor salesperson.
15. Timely submission of field, tour expense report to Branch Managers
16. Help the service coordinators in execution of the service policy
