Territory Sales Executive (Ecommerce Company) - Delhi

You will be working as a Territory Sales Executive / Manager for a leading D2C baby product online ecommerce trading company based in New Delhi. With 4-6 years of experience in the baby products industry, your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media - Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings - Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services - Creating frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data - Ensuring the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations - Displaying efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers - Collaborating with team members; gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with the internal team to achieve better results - Recording sales & order information and reporting the same to the internal team - Keeping track of buying trends and providing accurate feedback to the team Requirements for this role include: - 4-6 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive - Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge - Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach - Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office - Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with international trade laws and the ability to stay updated on changes in regulations - Experience with sourcing from diverse international markets - Fluency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish, French) is an asset Join this dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the company in the baby products industry.,
