As a Territory Sales Manager in Mass Retail, you will be at the frontline of the business for an entire territory, driving sales and end-to-end customer service. Your role will involve increasing market share, revenue, and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will engage with channel partners to foster business relationships and enhance business for D2C mass retail. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by focusing on new and existing channel partners to expand the company's footprint within the territory. - Optimize the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration. - Strengthen the distribution ecosystem by increasing Below The Line (BTL) activities, effective coverage, and transacting outlets. - Ensure brand visibility through organized go-to-market merchandising activities to achieve tertiary recharge sales and gross prepaid targets. - Implement processes to enhance the overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution. - Manage and expand channel/distributor network through incentives and seamless grievance redressal. - Lead and update the knowledge base of the territory team to cater to organizational needs. - Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with company policies. Qualification Required: - Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional) - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Telecom/FMCG.
