The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the personal loan market. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our direct sales agency (DSA) network in the Vadodara region. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve personal loan sales targets in the assigned territory Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the network and increase market penetration Train and motivate DSAs to effectively sell personal loan products and services Monitor and analyze DSA performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other key stakeholders Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and product offerings Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the personal loan or retail banking industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of the personal loan market and competition in the assigned territory Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with DSAs and other stakeholders Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
