Territory Manager-Personal Loan (DSA)

Function/Department:

Sales

Job Purpose

As a Territory Manager-Personal Loan (DSA), you will be responsible for driving the sales of personal loans through our Direct Sales Agency (DSA) channel. You will be responsible for managing a team of DSAs and ensuring that they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal loan targets through the DSA channel
Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSAs to ensure they are motivated and equipped to meet their targets
Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and other stakeholders
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Education Qualification

Graduation:- Any Graduate

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in sales.
