Territory Manager-Personal Loan (Direct Sales Team)

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal loan targets in the assigned territory
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with other team members to cross-sell other banking products and services
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results to the management team
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of personal loan products and services is a plus
