This role is key to expanding the presence of Molnlycke solutions within the Private & Corporate Hospitals of Telangana region. It involves driving activities to raise awareness of Advanced Wound Care (AWC) among healthcare professionals in hospitals. The position requires strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff. A client-focused and commercially driven mindset is essential for providing tailored solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

This role is instrumental In making a considerable presence for Molnlycke range of solutions in the specific assigned region.
This position will be responsible for driving activities to increase our AWC awareness In these hospitals with HCPs
Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions.
Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team.
Capable of working in a team (working in close coordination with sales, marketing, clinical teams.)
Solution oriented approach.

KEY DECISIONS

He would be responsible for setting up sales execution plans & conduct plans to execute educational & awareness events to increase presence of AWC Business

CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong sales experience In Medical device & technology driven industry
Strong back ground of selling in Corporate & private large accounts
Minimum experience of 6-8 years in healthcare
Educational qualification of life sciences in Graduation or Biotechnology
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good organizational, research, and training skills.
Update Self with product and competition knowledge
Should have good understanding of market developments.
Technically and clinically astute.
Proficiency in Soft skills. (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Teams)
Good communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

ANY OTHER INFORMATION

Employee will be headquartered from in the specific assigned region will report into Gurgaon headquarters.
Employee is expected to do business travel as per requirement
Ownership on delivering the financials
Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership, Result orientation.
