As a Territory Manager-LFRMR, you will be responsible for managing the sales and business development activities for our Consumer Durable Loan-LFR/MR product in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the Consumer Durable Loan-LFR/MR product in the assigned territory Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them to generate new business opportunities Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the product Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong knowledge of the consumer durable loan market and products Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
