The role of a Territory Manager in Sales involves sourcing loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners to build a quality portfolio. This position requires managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and effective communication through various mediums. It is essential for the Territory Manager to ensure adherence to the policies and guidelines set by the organization. The successful execution of these responsibilities should support sales while mitigating risks, thereby contributing to the bank's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities of a Territory Manager include: - Sourcing and managing channels from the market to acquire business - Ensuring a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection - Possessing extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends - Identifying changing market trends, developing channels for business acquisition, and providing high-quality customer service - Recommending improvements to processes and policies within the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service quality Education and Experience Requirements: - Graduation in any field - Post-graduation in any field - Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in sales within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry If you meet the educational qualifications and possess the required experience, and have a passion for sales in the BFSI sector, we encourage you to apply for the Territory Manager position.,
