Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Malda. The Territory Manager will oversee business operations within the assigned territory, driving growth and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring and supporting team members to achieve individual and team goals effectively.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management
Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching for performance improvement
Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and implementing innovative growth strategies
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
Familiarity with financial products and banking operations would be advantageous
Ability to work independently and achieve objectives in a target-driven environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
Local candidates to be preferred.
