Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Channel Sales & Distribution

Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network in Ahmedabad and nearby areas
Ensure regular secondary sales, order generation and coverage
Appoint new channel partners as per business needs

Contractor / Mason Engagement

Conduct mason/contractor meets to increase product adoption
Provide product demonstrations for tile adhesive, grout, and related products
Build strong relationships with influencers: contractors, builders, applicators, tile shops

Sales Execution

Achieve monthly sales, volume and collection targets
Track competitor activities and market trends
Execute trade schemes, promotions and branding activities

Reporting

Maintain daily market reports, beat plans and funnel tracking
Coordinate with supply chain, accounts, and product teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory:
Experience in
Tile Adhesive / Construction Chemicals
Strong dealer network knowledge in Ahmedabad
Good communication, negotiation and field-sales capability
Ability to independently manage territory and meet business targets
Basic understanding of adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products (preferred)
