Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Katni. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. This role involves promoting Biostadt India’s products and solutions, providing technical support to farmers, and organizing field demonstrations and training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Agricultural Products and Crop Care Solutions
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze market trends
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Excellent organizational and Time-Management Skills
• Relevant experience in the agriculture or agrochemical sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or related field
