Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Mumbai. The Territory Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of insurance consultants. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Territory Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure successful product launches.

• Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
• Team Management and Leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team
• Client Relationship Management skills, including building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
