Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Dehradun. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales, expanding the distributor network, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include overseeing territory performance, driving business growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The role requires effective communication with branch offices and strategic partners.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strategic planning and territory management skills
Leadership and team management skills
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
