Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Farrukhabad. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within their assigned territory, implementing sales strategies, maintaining and expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include building relationships with local retailers and distributors, providing agri-advisory services to farmers, conducting field visits to understand and solve farmers' issues, and coordinating with the central team to ensure effective execution of business strategies. Qualifications \n Sales and Business Development skills: Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, meet targets, and expand customer bases. Agri-advisory and Field Operations: Experience in providing agri-advisory services and conducting field visits to understand and solve farmers' issues. Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with local retailers, distributors, and farmers. Communication and Coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with central teams for strategy execution. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions tailored to farmers’ needs. Relevant Experience: Experience in the agriculture industry is a significant advantage. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-business Management, or a related field.
