Founded in 2013, AgroStar is an AgTech start-up in India with a mission of Helping Farmers Win. The company provides end-to-end solutions to farmers, addressing issues like limited access to quality agri inputs, knowledge gaps in farming practices, and access to markets. AgroStar serves millions of farmers across seven Indian states through various channels, including a digital farmer network and retail stores.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role located in Kadapa District at AgroStar. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's business in the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, and ensuring the timely delivery of agri inputs. This role involves regular travel within the territory and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or agribusiness
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Knowledge of agricultural practices and agri inputs
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
