Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Territory Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Territory Manager will oversee and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth in designated regions. Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, managing and organizing events, developing and executing business plans, and identifying opportunities for partnership development. Additionally, the role involves market research, achieving sales targets, and motivating the team to perform optimally to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in business development, relationship management, and partnership creation.
Experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and achieving revenue goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in planning and organizing events to build brand awareness and attract potential partners.
Self-motivation and the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with the education sector and a customer-focused mindset is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is desirable.
