To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 2 years of prior experience as a first-line manager in the same therapy area. - A Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharma). - Candidates from other educational backgrounds must have a Postgraduate or Graduate degree, along with a strong academic record and a history of high performance.
