Job Summary:

Tender Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze relevant tender opportunities from government portals, private sources, and industry contacts.
• Manage the complete tender process including pre-qualification, expression of interest (EOI), request for proposal (RFP), and request for quotation (RFQ).
• Study tender documents thoroughly and prepare a detailed checklist of submission requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, technical, commercial) to gather required documentation and inputs.
• Draft, review, and compile technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Manage submission timelines and ensure timely delivery of bid proposals (both online and offline).
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients for tender clarifications and updates.
• Maintain records of all bids, outcomes, and feedback for performance tracking and improvement.
• Conduct post-bid analysis and identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Track and renew vendor registrations with various government and private bodies.
