Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Kalol. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from receiving tender requests to submission. Daily tasks include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with various departments for input, and developing tender proposals. The specialist will also be responsible for procurement activities, effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Qualifications

• Tender Management and Proposal Writing skills
• Analytical Skills for evaluating tender documents and proposals
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and departments
• Procurement skills to manage sourcing and purchasing activities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the Marine or Offshore industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
