Profile Overview:-

This role is focused on the sale of drone hardware and associated equipment to government and private entities. It is a technology and product-centric role.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)-

· Order Booking Value- Achieve a quarterly/annual revenue target from won tenders for drone hardware.

· Technical Qualification Rate- Ensure a high success rate in passing the technical evaluation stage by preparing precise and compliant technical bids.

· OEM & Partner Management- Develop and manage relationships with technology partners and OEMs to create winning consortiums for complex bids.

· Market Intelligence- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming technology requirements in government procurement.

· Compliance Adherence- Ensure all bids comply with DGCA regulations, import/export laws, and other relevant aviation policies.

Required Profile-

Education-

Experience-

o 3-6 years of experience in bidding for technology/hardware products, preferably in the aerospace, electronics, or security/surveillance domain.

o Direct experience in the drone industry is highly preferred.

o Demonstrable experience in responding to complex technical specifications.

Skills & Competencies-

o Ability to read and interpret dense technical requirement documents.

o Strong skills in cost estimation, supply chain coordination, and financial modeling.

o Excellent communication skills to coordinate between internal R&D/production teams and external partners.
