Role Overview: As a Tender Executive, your main responsibility will be to handle tendering activities for mining, road construction, and railway infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings for mining, road, and railway projects. - Prepare, compile, and submit bids within deadlines. - Coordinate with engineering, finance, and legal departments for technical and financial inputs. - Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. - Address clarifications and pre-bid queries effectively. - Collaborate with the cost estimation team to create competitive pricing models. - Ensure compliance with project requirements while staying cost-effective. - Track upcoming tenders in the mining, road, and railway sectors. - Analyze competitors" strategies and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness. - Ensure accuracy and compliance of all technical and financial documents with tender guidelines. - Maintain a database of past tenders, rates, and outcomes for future reference. - Support negotiations and discussions with clients post-submission. - Assist in contract finalization and ensure a smooth handover to the project execution team.
