Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Executive, based in New Delhi. The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with clients, evaluating tender documents, and ensuring compliance with all required procedures. This role involves regular communication and collaboration with various teams, attending pre-bid meetings, and managing post-submission follow-ups.


  • Candidate should be from Architectural/Engineering/Construction/PMC background.
  • English Communication is Must
  • Tender Executive/ Managers who could Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.
  • Identifying appropriate associates/ partners and form JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals, roles and responsibilities, preparation of bid fee estimation for each consortium.
  • Gathering information about new tenders floated for large infrastructure projects, Water Sector, urban mass transit (Airports, Railways and Metros), Institutional, Industrial and Private sector clients.
  • Tender preparation as per techno-commercial scope of work given in tenders, attending Pre-bid meeting.
  • Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission,
  • For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Follow-up with clients on submitted proposals status/ way forward, issuing of award letters/ performance/ completion certificates and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tenders without fail.
  • Excellent presentation preparing skill & communication skill.
  • Formulate new ideas and strategies for generating more business opportunities.
  • Good negotiation Skills



Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and submitting bids and tender documents
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
