Role Overview

Marketing Executive – Tendering

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate government & private tender opportunities via portals, newspapers, and aggregators
• Study and analyse tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, etc.)
• Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams for documentation and pricing
• Prepare and submit accurate technical & commercial bids within deadlines
• Track tender schedules, compliance, and pre-qualification requirements
• Liaise with government bodies, PSUs, and corporate clients for clarifications and meetings
• Follow up on submitted bids and assist in negotiations & contract finalisation
• Maintain tender records, bid outcomes, pricing data, and competitor insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in tendering / marketing / business development
• Hands-on experience with portals like

  GeM, MSTC, e-Procurement platforms

• Strong understanding of government procurement & commercial terms

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Excellent coordination, communication & time-management skills
