Job Summary:

Tendering Executive

The candidate should be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tenders.


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Tender Tracking and Analysis

  • Monitor tenders and RFP releases across sectors like infrastructure, water, urban mass transit, institutional, industrial, and private clients.
  • Analyze tender requirements and define the techno-commercial scope of work.

2. Partnership Development

  • Identify suitable associates and initiate joint ventures (JVs) to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with partners on bid documents and accurate fee estimation.

3. Bid Preparation and Management

  • Prepare compliant tender documentation in line with technical and commercial specifications.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings; coordinate with clients and partners during the bidding process.
  • Manage the overall bid submission process and follow up on results.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals; obtain award letters and performance/completion certificates.
  • Consistently engage clients and explore potential business opportunities.

5. Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Study market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth.
  • Develop strategic approaches to tap into new business segments.

6. Metrics Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on tender activities, client engagement, and business development.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Civil Engineering (B.Tech)

    .
  • 2–4 years

    of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong command over

    English (spoken and written)

    .
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in

    tendering and bid management

    .
  • Proficient in preparing presentations and written communication.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Analytical mindset with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
