Job Title: Tendering Executive Company: Creative Group LLP Location: New Delhi Job Summary: Creative Group LLP is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should come from the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or PMC sectors and possess strong English communication and negotiation skills. This role involves tracking tenders/RFPs, forming strategic alliances, and preparing detailed bid documents for large-scale infrastructure projects. The candidate should be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tenders. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Tender Tracking and Analysis Monitor tenders and RFP releases across sectors like infrastructure, water, urban mass transit, institutional, industrial, and private clients. Analyze tender requirements and define the techno-commercial scope of work. 2. Partnership Development Identify suitable associates and initiate joint ventures (JVs) to strengthen competitive advantage. Collaborate with partners on bid documents and accurate fee estimation. 3. Bid Preparation and Management Prepare compliant tender documentation in line with technical and commercial specifications. Attend pre-bid meetings; coordinate with clients and partners during the bidding process. Manage the overall bid submission process and follow up on results. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on submitted proposals; obtain award letters and performance/completion certificates. Consistently engage clients and explore potential business opportunities. 5. Market Analysis and Strategy Study market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth. Develop strategic approaches to tap into new business segments. 6. Metrics Tracking and Reporting Monitor key performance indicators and ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare detailed reports on tender activities, client engagement, and business development. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) . 2–4 years of relevant industry experience. Strong command over English (spoken and written) . Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in tendering and bid management . Proficient in preparing presentations and written communication. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently. Analytical mindset with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
