Job Title: Tendering cum Liasoning Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Soltrac Power is seeking an experienced Tendering cum Liasoning Manager to handle government and private tenders, along with approvals and statutory liasoning work for solar projects. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in tender preparation, documentation, vendor coordination, and liaising with government bodies and DISCOMs.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering

  • Identify and evaluate relevant government and private solar tenders.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and BOQs within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, procurement, finance) to collect necessary data for tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
  • Track tender status, results, and provide timely updates to management.

Liasoning

  • Liaise with government agencies, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities for project approvals and clearances.
  • Handle net-metering, subsidy, and other solar-related documentation processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with officials to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on solar policies, schemes, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, project, and finance teams for accurate documentation.
  • Maintain records of all tenders, approvals, and liasoning activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on tender pipeline and liasoning status.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in Engineering/Business/Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in tendering and liasoning (solar/renewable energy experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of government processes, DISCOM regulations, and solar policies.
  • Excellent drafting, documentation, and compliance skills.
  • Good communication and networking skills to deal with officials and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and online submission processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
