Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced tender executive to manage and coordinate tender activities for our techno college. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in handling tender-related tasks, including work on the GEM portal, OEM panels, bidding processes, and preparing competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end tendering processes on the GEM portal and OEM panels.

• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and quotations.

• Liaise with departments to gather technical and financial data for tenders.

• Monitor tender opportunities and track bid statuses.

• Ensure compliance with college policies and government regulations.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to collect necessary documentation.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of tender activities.

• Support the procurement team in vendor registration and pre-qualification processes.

• Assist in negotiation and finalization of tenders and contracts.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and procurement activities.

• Proficient in GEM portal, OEM panels, and e-procurement tools.

• Good understanding of tender documentation, government guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: engineering, business, or related fields).
