Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR recruiter to join our team at the Techno Group of Institutions, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the education or technical sector. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented professionals who will contribute to the growth of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate onboarding.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms (portals, social media, networking).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare reports.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective communication at all stages of recruitment.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and HR systems is a plus.
