Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage the end-to-end process of product registration, tender identification, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up to ensure successful participation and award of tenders in line with company strategy and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management

  • Identify and monitor relevant government, institutional, and private tenders through online portals and procurement platforms.
  • Evaluate tender eligibility criteria and prepare summary reports for management approval.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal departments for documentation and bid preparation.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids (manual and online) in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Manage post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.

2. Product Registration & Compliance

  • Handle product registration with government and institutional bodies.
  • Maintain updated registration databases and documentation (licenses, certifications, product specifications, etc.).
  • Coordinate with regulatory teams for timely renewals, approvals, and compliance submissions.
  • Ensure all product and company credentials meet the eligibility requirements for tenders.

3. Documentation & Bid Preparation

  • Prepare, review, and compile technical and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain templates and standard bid documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for required certifications and quotations.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and organizational policies in the bidding process.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities and tender trends.
  • Prepare MIS reports on tender participation, success rate, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Provide strategic inputs to management on pricing, competitiveness, and bid positioning.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a central point of contact between clients, government bodies, and internal stakeholders regarding tender-related queries.
  • Coordinate with finance for EMD/BG (Earnest Money Deposit / Bank Guarantee) processing and refunds.
  • Ensure post-award documentation, order acknowledgment, and handover to execution teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in tender management, bidding, or government sales.
  • Experience in product registration and e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, e-tender sites) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, taxation, and procurement procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
