Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data management, reporting, documentation, and support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintain and update Excel sheets for internal data tracking and reporting
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards as required by the management
Ensure accuracy of data and perform regular checks
Perform data entry, data cleaning, and analysis using Excel
Support front-office operations by handling documentation and coordination
Manage internal records and confidential files
Assist in preparing reports for audits and compliance
Communicate with vendors or internal departments for task coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with back-office processes and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
