Site Supervisor

We are hiring experienced and reliable Site Supervisors to manage day-to-day activities at window installation and fabrication sites. The ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of on-site experience, be open to frequent travel, and be capable of supervising teams and coordinating with the office and factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage ongoing window installation/fabrication work at assigned sites
• Coordinate with office and factory teams for material dispatch, updates, and project progress
• Ensure site work is carried out as per design and schedule
• Maintain labor discipline and productivity on-site
• Regularly report site status, material consumption, and issues to the office/factory
• Maintain safety and quality standards at the site
• Take responsibility for minor site-level decisions and conflict resolution
• Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
