Job Description

Tender Manager - Civil / Interior Fitouts (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

Research: Identify potential contracts and government tender opportunities
Evaluate: Evaluate bids, including costs, rates, and specifications
Create strategies: Work with stakeholders to create winning strategies using market intelligence and capability assessment
Prepare proposals: Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements and company guidelines
Coordinate: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure deadlines are met
Review: Review and edit tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements
Submit: Submit the final tender to the client or authority
Responsible for finding government tenders for infrastructure projects, and leading the process from sourcing to bid submission.
Define technical solutions, methodologies, and execution strategies
Draft work schedules
Perform cost calculations and project budgeting
