Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Tender Identification & Analysis : Search for and identify potential tender opportunities in the solar industry. Analyze tender requirements, project scope, and bid evaluation criteria. Documentation & Submission : Prepare all tender-related documentation, including technical specifications, financial proposals, and compliance documents. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complies with the tender requirements, and is submitted before the deadline. Coordination & Collaboration : Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical teams) to gather required information and inputs for bid preparation. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure contract terms meet company policies. Cost Estimation & Pricing : Work with the finance and engineering teams to develop competitive pricing strategies for solar projects. Ensure that pricing models reflect both company profitability and competitive positioning. Follow-up & Communication : Regularly follow up with the tender authorities to track the status of submitted bids. Address any queries or clarifications raised by the tendering authorities. Market Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and government policies related to solar tenders. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to solar tenders, including environmental and technical standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with tenders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
