Tender Executive

Bachelor'sRoles & Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end tender processes on

  GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

  and

  IREPS (Indian Railways e-Procurement System)

  portals.
• Preparing and submitting tender documents within the stipulated time frame.
• Coordinating with

  Oil Companies

  ,

  Railway departments

  , and internal stakeholders for smooth supply execution.
• Managing the

  upload of registered branded and unbranded products

  on the GeM portal.
• Attending

  Technical Bid Openings

  ,

  Financial Bid Openings

  , and actively participating in

  Reverse Auctions (RA bids)

  .
• Generating invoices on the GeM portal and maintaining accurate records in Excel for daily transactions.
• Ensuring timely replies to official communications and maintaining organized documentation and paper records.
• Keeping detailed records of tender submissions, bid statuses, and supply schedules related to government orders.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

  in any discipline
• Knowledge of

  Government e-Procurement platforms

  GeM & IREPS is essential.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (especially Excel & Word)

  and comfortable handling digital documentation.
• Understanding of

  government tendering processes

  , documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with

  invoice generation

  , bid participation, and reverse auction procedures.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with officials and vendors.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and documentation.
