Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in New Delhi. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including identifying business opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and coordinating with various departments. The role also involves maintaining records of submitted tenders, following up on tender status, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience of 2- 4 years in tendering processes, preparation of E-tender documents, and submission Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements Create L1 comparison and Gem-portal. Strong project management and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prepare EMD/BG Details.  Expertise in Gem & e-procurement portals. Proficiency in MS Office and related software applications Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the IT or System integrator Domain Show more Show less
