Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Government Sales Specialist specializing in hardware sales of IT hardware products. The role is based in Noida. The Government Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with government clients, driving hardware sales, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves upholding high standards of customer service and effectively communicating with clients to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Experience 8+ in IT Hardware products like; Laptop, Desktop & Printers etc.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proven Sales skills in the IT hardware products domain
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in engaging with government clients is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
